All deliveries are made by a third party. Once goods are possessed by a third party shipping company, Amethyst Home holds no responsibility for condition received or timing of delivery. Should you experience an unsatisfactory delivery, please contact Amethyst Home and we will do our best to remedy the situation with the third party shipping company. If we cannot reconcile the situation on your behalf, it will be your sole responsibility to remedy the situation directly with the third party as you see fit.
